General policy of return policy

1.  Product replacement

After receiving the product, please test it within 2 weeks. If you have any doubt about the test results, please contact with customer service immediately.  We will deal with the problems in time.

2. return 

If the user receives the product within 3 days, and the product quality is not satisfactory. Please provide the test mapping records then you can apply for product return.

Procedure:

* Login ZPC official website, contact the corresponding customer consultant.

* To submit goods replacement/ return reasons and proof  documents.
